Ingredients

  • La Boulangère Swedish square or round bread
  • Smoked salmon
  • A cucumber
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Crème fraîche
  • Dill

Preparation

  1. Toast 3 Swedish rolls
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing the crème fraîche and the finely chopped dill.
  3. Cut the cucumber in thin slices.
  4. Arrange the cream, lettuce, slices of cucumber and salmon on a slice of Swedish bread.
  5. Cover with a second slice of bread and start each stage again: cream, lettuce, cucumber, salmon.
  6. Close the sandwich with the last slice.
